School Transport Service - Academic Year 2025-2026
· I/We do hereby apply for School Bus Service for my/our child/ward, and I/We undertake to agree to the terms/conditions and regulations and shall abide by these rules.
· Before filling the bus form parents are requested to be satisfied with the bus route and service i.e. timings, stops charges, rules, etc. Routes will be set by the Bus Vendor & Bus staff which will be final and there will be no changes. 2025-2026.
· I/We, the undersigned understand and accept, considering the resources deployed, logistics planning involved the process and the bus service policy for the academic year.
· I/We, the undersigned understand that while the commitment to pay the fees for the bus service is in advance for the entire academic year, to make term wise payments through post-dated bank cheque(s).
· I/We, the undersigned understand that the fee once paid is non-refundable & non-transferable.
· I/We, agree and confirm that I/we are responsible for the obligations and acts of my/our child/ward and agree to be bound by it.
· I/We are aware of the risks related with the bus service and assume full responsibility for the same and will not hold School responsible and/or answerable for shouldering any legal or monetary issues arising out of providing this service. Parents/Students will not take any action, whatsoever in this regard against the school.
· In Case of GPS tracking is not working due to network issues there are chance that the message will be delayed, If any maintenance and upgrading going on the GPS tracking will not be available once the issue has been resolved the tracking system will restored.
BUS SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:
· Email from parents to the bus desk related to any change in pick-up and drop-off scheduled to be informed.· Email to the bus desk with identification details of the caretaker to be informed.
· I/We the undersigned understand that if we do not meet the minimum number of student count for the bus, we would not be able to provide the bus service for the said route or area.
· The bus vendor reverses the rights to alter/modify/restructure any route, any point of time in the interest of the children and school, considering the traffic conditions & school timings.
· Shuffling of bus routes is not permitted. Students picked up first will be dropped last.
· If the student is picked up directly by parents or travelling on their own, such information must be conveyed to the bus desk or the lady attendant.

· Soft copies of the bus enrolment form need to be submitted online & Offline with payment details uploaded for the same along with student details must be given.
· Pickup and drop of the student will be done at one location only.
· The bus may get delayed during 12.30 pm or 3.30 pm drop if there is an event in school.
· The parents need to inform the bus Didi if their child has a stay back in school so that the bus is not delayed.
· The parent may have to drop/pick-up their child/ward from a certain point on the route if the vendor is not able to service that route due to its location or time factor.
Note: - There will be change in route timings and route number allocated starting from the school during the 1st month of the academic year to set convenient bus routes for all students who will avail the bus service, and which shall be communicated to your child.
